Round Rock ISD Contract Awarded

Round Rock ISD has recently awarded MW Builders of Texas, Inc. a total contract in the amount of $6,414,840 for a Construction Manager At-Risk project. This project consists of both the Stony Point High School Addition and the Round Rock Opportunity Center Addition. Stony Point High School will be adding 10 New Science Classrooms as well as Restroom Facilities. The Round Rock Opportunity Center project will include the addition of a Gym, Classrooms and Restroom Facilities onto the existing building. Currently the Preliminary designs are in progress on both projects, and construction is due to begin in May of 2008. The architects for these projects are BLGY for Stony Point High School and SHW Group for the Round Rock Opportunity Center.

MW Builders of Texas is pleased to have been awarded these contracts and looks forward to working with Round Rock ISD as well as BLGY and SHW on the upcoming projects.
