Temple Company Negotiates Contracts for Two Student Housing Facilities
MW Builders of Texas, Inc. has been awarded two new student housing projects in negotiated contracts totaling $29 million.

Place Properties recently awarded MW Builders of Texas, Inc. contracts for two student housing facilities. These contracts are for Hill Country Place Student Housing located in San Antonio, TX, to house the students of the University of Texas at San Antonio and Coleman Place Student Housing at Little Rock, AR for the students of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The two projects combined, total $29 million.
The Hill Country Place project consists of twelve apartment buildings with wood stud framing and wood floor and roof trusses. The project contains 228 student housing units, comprised of 696 bedrooms. These buildings will be 3-story, with hardi-plank siding facades, located in San Antonio, Texas near the University of Texas at San Antonio. The project will also include a clubhouse, surface vehicle parking, covered parking, mailbox kiosk, pool, volleyball court, and a basketball court. The project totals approximately 300,560 square feet.
The Coleman Place project consists of seven apartment buildings with wood stud framing and wood floor and roof trusses. The project contains 132 student housing units comprised of 420 bedrooms. These buildings will be 3-Story, with hardi-plank siding facades, located in Little Rock, Arkansas near the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The project will also include a clubhouse, surface vehicle parking, covered parking, mailbox kiosk, pool, volleyball court and a basketball court. The project totals approximately 170,200 square feet.
MW Builders has successfully completed two student housing projects for Place Properties, including Aberdeen Place Student Housing in Huntsville, Texas for the students of Sam Houston State University and Angelo Place Student Housing in San Angelo, Texas, for the students of Angelo State University.
